Snowl
Shipping, pricing and booking journeys delivered as a complete frontend with Wooful.
Project facts
Snowl packaged doorstep collection, shipping rules, price checks and booking into a distinctive service site.
Wooful led design and UI/UX; Collective 353 delivered the frontend, interactions and responsive implementation that carried the visual language into the real booking journey.
Working flow
Every service decision stays connected from explanation to submission.
- 01 Understand
Review delivery methods, box types, pricing, insurance and restrictions.
- 02 Choose
Enter the booking steps while retaining selected options.
- 03 Submit
Complete collection, destination and contact information.
Brand illustration should guide interaction, not merely decorate the page.
Homepage slides, annotations, box choices and step artwork use one visual language. The frontend connects their states and transitions so people understand what comes next.
A complete booking journey says more than a polished homepage.
Service information, insurance, prohibited items, pricing, boxes and contact data all require different interface states. Validation, back navigation and mobile behavior have to hold together for submission to be completed.
Dense price and restriction information needs more than one table.
Insurance, price checks and prohibited items were separated through tables, categories and illustrated prompts so the rules remained readable before submission and on mobile.
Mobile interaction was rearranged, not merely reduced.
Navigation, notes, controls and booking fields were recomposed for narrow screens while preserving the brand character and the tap areas required by the form.
