Collective 353 is a Taiwan-based team where designers and developers work together from the start. For fifteen years, we have shaped content, interfaces and technology across brand sites, financial services, enterprise platforms, public information and applied AI.
353 / Cedar
353 eventually grew into a cedar.
353 has followed us for more than twenty years, repeatedly appearing in everyday life. When we were naming the company, the number came to mind again, so it became our name. At the same time, 3 × 5 × 3 describes the way we want to build: begin with three principles, move through five working stages, and leave behind three outcomes that can keep operating. In Chinese, 353 became 三伍杉—and the number grew into a cedar: rooted, still growing, and built to stay with a brand or product for the long term.
Completion is only part of the standard.
