CTBC Finance

Complex financial workflows delivered as precise, cross-device interfaces.

CTBC FAST public corporate-finance application interface
The FAST public interface brings service entry points, scenario exploration and financial-solution guidance into one page.

Project facts

We turned approved financial-service designs into production-ready frontend.

Across CTBC FAST, iTrust, Shopee and Easy Payment flows, the work covered accounts, transactions, approvals, identity checks and many exception states. Working with the client and design teams, we implemented each interface accurately across devices and real data conditions.

Working flow

Design, implementation and handoff stay on one line.

  1. 01
    Design

Unixis Design completes strategy, flow and interface design.

  2. 02
    Build

We implement components, responsive layouts, forms and their real interface states.

  3. 03
    Handoff

Mocks, API boundaries and integration notes are prepared for the system team.

01 01

Precision means accounting for every state

Validation, waiting, timeouts, upload failures and permissions all affect whether work can be completed. The frontend treats these as first-class states so complex workflows remain consistent and understandable.

02 02

Components built for continuing change

Each financial service has distinct workflows but shares layout rules, components and responsive behavior. Component boundaries and API states were reviewed against both design standards and system constraints.

03 03

The fidelity of the design survives componentisation.

Forms, OTP, identity checks, upload, error and completion states were shaped as reusable frontend parts without flattening the visual rhythm of each financial journey.

04 04

Handoff includes the conditions behind the interface.

API boundaries and realistic mock states were documented so later system teams could continue from a frontend that already accounted for data and exception states.
