HeartBot
A maintainable CMS for AI products, enterprise solutions and an evolving brand site.
Project facts
The HeartBot site organizes the brand, AI products, enterprise solutions and publishing in one multilingual CMS.
We built the Laravel frontend and administration so pages, articles, homepage blocks and service links remain maintainable, with translation handled through queues.
Working flow
Edit once, then publish the right content and state for each locale.
- 01 Edit
Manage pages, articles, homepage blocks and product links in the CMS.
- 02 Translate
Localized content enters a queue and retains its own publication state.
- 03 Publish
The site delivers products, news, search and contact routes by locale.
Every changing piece of content has a clear place to be managed.
Pages, posts, banners, history, partners, product routes, social links and image blocks are managed separately. The team does not have to search one oversized editor for a particular element.
Translation and publication are workflows, not one-off copy and paste.
Each locale retains its own content and publication state. Page and article translation runs in background queues, keeping the admin responsive and unfinished work visible as volume grows.
Each AI product keeps its own route inside one brand story.
AnyInsight and GenieBench have dedicated introductions, solutions and sign-in routes. The homepage uses managed blocks to make their relationship legible.
Ongoing content and enquiries have a clear operational home.
Contact messages, publishing, homepage assets and service links return to the admin. Horizon exposes translation and background queue work instead of leaving it invisible.
