We turned the client-supplied design into a working frontend and backend product flow.
Working flow
From layout to work order, the selection flow stays connected.
- 01 Choose a layout
Enter the corresponding space and material settings.
- 02 Select materials
Confirm required kitchen, cabinetry, flooring and finish choices.
- 03 Create a work order
A unit number and phone number allow the back office to produce a confirmation PDF.
From property presentation to real decisions
People compare layouts, rooms and materials repeatedly. The flow separates that complexity into clear steps, responds to each choice and preserves the result for review.
Options and availability managed as data
The backend manages developments, options and availability so the project team can adjust content with construction progress. Frontend and backend share the same configuration rules.
Selection is open online before a unit record is requested.
Visitors do not need to log in first. After completing the required selections for their unit, they enter their unit number and phone number to associate the chosen materials with the home.
A selection becomes a working document, not a dead-end form.
The back office produces a brand-aligned PDF organised by rooms and material categories, with confirmation areas for construction, sales and the purchaser.
